The hotel was located close to the ports for Atitlan and all the restaurants and cafes. Booked a room with good hot water.

It was a lovely stay, wonderful place. A double room I stayed at was quiet with good hot water. In general the staff were accommodating and incredible.

The whole experience was very pleasant from start to finish, can just recommend. The venue was ideal and lovely, I liked the stay and the location was excellent really close to the lake and restaurants and the ports for Atitlan and lovely restaurants. The bed was comfortable; the room was convenient and spotless. Plus it had a magnificent view of the lake. The staff and the owner were all really friendly and outstandingly accommodating👌

The staff were incredible, showing kindness and providing assistance even when we arrived late at night with no way to contact them. The rooms were comfortable with hot showers and the hotel was conveniently located near the ferry port with stunning views from the rooftop. Additionally, the hotel was family-friendly, making it a great choice for guests with families.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It is super close to the ferry port, making it convenient for those wanting to explore the surrounding areas. Additionally, it is also just a stone's throw away from the shops, so you can easily find everything you need. Not to mention, you are right on the lake, which provides breathtaking views. The rooms are cozy and the staff is very attentive, making sure you have a pleasant stay. The bathroom, although a bit funny, is clean and well-maintained.

There was a slight inconvenience when it came to breakfast. It was advertised as included, but upon arrival, I found out it was not.

We had an amazing view of the lake from the cozy balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunset. The staff were kind and always ready to assist. Despite the small setbacks, like a noisy room and a few non-functioning power outlets, our stay at Hotel Sueno Real was pleasant. I would recommend this hotel.

the centrally located accommodation at sueno real exceeded our expectations. the friendly staff, beautiful plants, and hot showers made our stay enjoyable. the terrace had amazing views of the lake, and we would definitely recommend this place for a romantic trip.

As a tourist, I loved the central location of the accommodation, which was conveniently close to the port and restaurants.
