The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the lake and the ferry port. The staff felt like a local family, always eager to help, and the terrace offered stunning views that made our mornings delightful. Our room had lovely decorations that added a cozy touch.

The bathroom could use some extra space as it felt a bit cramped.

The bathroom was cramped, with poor drainage leading to a nasty puddle during showers!!! It would be helpful to have better signage from the road for guests arriving with luggage!!!

compact room

stayed for 1 night and loved my time at sueno real! the staff were super helpful in arranging my shuttle, which saved me from missing my flight. the view from the terrace was simply beautiful and exceeded my expectations during this decent comfort.

room and bathroom were very compact.

reasonably priced

It was just a balanced option for a weekend rest in Panajachel with reasonable price. The room was comfy enough to crash after a long day exploring. Bring cash since they only accept that, or risk a late-night ATM hunt.

The staff were awesome. so friendly and helpful! Loved how close it was to the lake, just 2 blocks from the dock. perfect for catching the ferries.

The room was comfy, and I really enjoyed the nice bed (def not a bad way to crash after a day out). The pillows were a bit lumpy, though, which was kinda annoying. Plus, the location is close to the lake, so I could watch the sunset from the terrace. Overall, a chill spot!

The terrace was amazing! I loved the fantastic view of Lake Atitlán. My Double Room had a private bathroom and comfy amenities like a fan, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. Such a chill spot to relax after exploring. Seriously recommend this place for its relaxing vibe and awesome staff!
